The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified firms to update their development impact fees report. The analysis will cover impact fees for schools, sewer, fire, police, municipal facilities, open space, and parks and recreation. The buyer requires legally defensible fee schedules calculated in accordance with state laws. The selected consultant will review current data, evaluate service levels, determine capital needs, calculate fees, and prepare a comprehensive report.

• Complete impact fee methodology and calculation
• Conduct funding and cash flow analysis
• Prepare detailed impact fee report
• Present findings at public meetings
