• Minimum of three years experience providing IT support to municipal or government entities
• Demonstrated expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and user support
• Ability to respond to on-site service requests within specified timeframe
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by the Town

• Provide comprehensive IT support services
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure
• Implement cybersecurity best practices
• Deliver proactive maintenance and strategic technology planning
• Provide user support and training
• Manage network administration and security
• Oversee hardware and software management
• Conduct regular technology review meetings
• Assist with asset management and procurement
• Develop disaster recovery plan
