The buyer seeks to acquire or renew Splunk Cloud and Enterprise Security Subscription. The contract will be for a three-year period from July 21, 2025 to July 20, 2028. The buyer requires new items only and will not accept refurbished or previously used items. The successful offeror must be an authorized seller capable of providing all specified products and services.

• 3/31/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/21/2025 - Period of Performance Start
• 7/20/2028 - Period of Performance End

• Must be an authorized seller/partner/reseller of required products/services
• Ability to provide all items in Attachment 1 - Bid Sheet
• Active registration in sam.gov at time of quote submission and contract award

• Provide Splunk Cloud Subscription with FedRAMP Moderate impact level controls
• Supply Splunk Enterprise Security Subscription
• Offer additional data storage and dynamic data archive
• Ensure compliance with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 140-2
• Implement formal enterprise roles for secure engineering oversight
• Maintain product security incident reporting and response program
• Provide timely vulnerability remediation
• Ensure product integrity conforming to standards like ISO 27036 or SAE AS6171
• Implement counterfeit controls and safeguards against tampered hardware/software
• Maintain documented chain of custody for product deployment
