The buyer is seeking proposals to design, develop, and implement a public-facing water quality data visualization dashboard. The dashboard will display information collected by the Poudre Water Quality Network along the Cache la Poudre River. This tool will provide transparent, accessible information to the public and support water quality management efforts. The project aims to foster public understanding and engagement around water quality in the Poudre River.

• Minimum of 5 years experience with data reporting and visualization software, preferably using Power BI

• Design and develop an interactive public-facing data visualization dashboard
• Integrate PWQN water quality data into the dashboard
• Ensure dashboard compatibility with desktop and mobile devices
• Incorporate accessibility standards to meet ADA guidelines
• Provide dashboard in both English and Spanish languages
• Conduct usability testing with internal and external parties
• Provide training sessions for City staff on dashboard use and functionality
• Create user manuals and technical documentation for the dashboard
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability in the dashboard
• Develop data management protocols for updates and maintenance
