- Understanding of Morris County water systems
- Project team should include a Hydrogeologist familiar with northern NJ geology
- Develop workplan for identifying additional water supplies
- Prepare long-term demand forecast for MCMUA system
- Identify and analyze options to increase water supplies
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and work sessions
- Prepare report with prioritized water supply scenarios
- Provide monthly progress reports
