The buyer is seeking qualified independent CPA firms to provide annual financial audits of Workforce Safety and Insurance for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. The audits will cover the entire operations of WSI and must be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and Government Auditing Standards. The auditor will be required to express an opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statements and test compliance with applicable laws.

• Have statutory authority to conduct audits in North Dakota
• Most recent peer review must have received a pass rating
• Be independent in accordance with AICPA Standards and Government Auditing Standards
• Meet continuing professional education requirements of Government Auditing Standards

• Conduct annual financial audits of Workforce Safety and Insurance for fiscal years 2025-2027
• Express opinion on fair presentation of financial statements
• Test compliance with applicable state and federal laws
• Assess reasonableness of booked loss and loss adjustment expense reserves
• Prepare audit report including required supplementary information
