Buyer seeks to procure a new Operational Back Office System (OBOS) to replace their legacy Tolling Operational Back Office System. The OBOS will act as the buyer's system of record, tracking transactions from roadside initiation to final disposition. It will interface with external systems for processing and provide business intelligence tools for reporting. The project includes design, implementation, testing, data migration, and ongoing maintenance and operations of the system.

• 1/30/2025 - Deadline for Submitting Expanded Letters of Response
• 4/2/2025 - Deadline for Technical and Price Proposals
• 4/2/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Design and implement a new Operational Back Office System
• Receive and validate transactions from roadside toll collection systems
• Interface with Florida Turnpike Enterprise's Commercial Back Office System
• Process unpaid transactions and refer to collection agency
• Provide business intelligence tools for reporting on toll transactions
• Maintain and operate the procured system
• Perform system testing including interface, acceptance, and security tests
• Migrate data from legacy system
• Provide disaster recovery capabilities
• Ensure system scalability and performance
