Buyer seeks consulting, design, and engineering services for the Candlewood Pump Station Replacement Project. The existing pump station is nearing the end of its useful life and operating over capacity. Buyer requires a new, appropriately sized pump station with new mechanical and electrical systems. The project includes a sewer basin study, design work, construction documentation, and construction management services.

• 4/3/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Experience in preparation of sewer basin studies
• Experience with construction drawings, bid specifications, and cost estimates
• Experience with construction management for public works projects using WSDOT Standard Specifications
• Appropriate licensing for engineering and surveying under state laws

• Complete a sewer basin study to confirm sizing
• Design new appropriately sized pump station with mechanical and electrical systems
• Tie new pump station into existing 8" PVC gravity inlet and 4" PVC force main
• Integrate pump station with City's SCADA system
• Prepare construction drawings and bid specifications
• Develop construction cost estimates
• Provide construction management services
