• 4/16/2025 - Panel Meeting
• 5/23/2025 - Contract Approval/Execution

• Prequalified with CDOT Engineering Contract Services within 7 days of submittal deadline
• Valid Master Pricing Agreement with CDOT prior to contract award
• Colorado-Licensed Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Surveyor as required
• Prime Consultant must provide at least 30% of the work themselves

• Conduct utility investigations to determine existing conditions within project limits
• Perform Quality Level B and A utility investigations per ASCE 38 standards
• Produce utility plan sheets and conflict matrices
• Coordinate with utility providers and CDOT on relocations and agreements
• Provide construction management support for utility relocations
• Conduct test hole investigations to determine precise utility locations
• Prepare as-constructed drawings of completed utility work
• Manage utility conflicts during construction
• Inspect utility installations for conformance with plans and specifications
• Assist in preparing final pay estimates for utility work
