The buyer is seeking a 4-year university in Ohio to lead the Broadband & 5G Sector Partnership through 2029. The selected university will implement the Broadband & 5G Workforce Strategy, oversee 6 regional training hubs, and serve as the lead point of contact for the state's workforce development activities in broadband/5G. The project aims to ensure Ohio has the workforce needed to connect every Ohioan to high-speed internet access.

• House Ohio's Broadband & 5G Sector Partnership for 5 years
• Oversee 6 regional broadband/5G training hubs
• Provide technical assistance to training providers and employers
• Lead state's workforce development activities in broadband/5G
• Host quarterly meetings of the sector partnership
• Provide quarterly updates on sector partnership progress
• Manage Ohio's 6 broadband regional hubs
• Support training programs with job placement activities
• Develop and distribute curricula and training programs
• Promote career awareness in broadband and 5G industries
