The buyer seeks professional services to implement Title I Non-Public Services for students attending non-public schools in Passaic and outside the district's boundaries. The provider must ensure compliance with New Jersey Department of Education Non-Public regulatory guidelines. • Staff must possess appropriate NJ Department of Education certificates of eligibility
• Teachers must meet federal "highly qualified" designation
• Approval to operate as a contracting educational organization
• Experience with similar projects in at least three NJ public school districts
• Listed on Department of Education's Approved List of Clinics and Agencies

• Provide direct instruction in Language Arts Literacy and Mathematics
• Offer tutoring and counseling services
• Implement computer-assisted instruction
• Conduct after-school, Saturday, and summer programs
• Deliver professional development for school staff
• Organize parental involvement services/meetings
• Maintain student database and progress reports
• Establish process for providing identified therapies and services
• Ensure compliance with Title I regulations and criteria
