The buyer is seeking qualified teams to provide professional consulting services for habitat mitigation projects. The projects involve planning, permitting, surveying, design, and construction services for four habitat mitigation sites. The work may include wetland restoration, floodplain improvements, and fish-bearing stream restoration. The buyer may select up to three teams to conduct services for one or more projects.

• Develop wetland, riverine, and fish habitat restoration plans
• Conduct environmental assessments and obtain necessary permits
• Create detailed design and construction documents for mitigation projects
• Provide construction management and oversight for habitat restoration work
