- Perform field investigations and testing (geotechnical, topographic, CCTV)
- Complete comprehensive hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
- Develop up to three conceptual design solutions
- Advance selected design to 30% completion
- Complete additional surveys to identify land ownership and easements
- Perform benefit cost analysis using FEMA-acceptable methodology
- Participate in project status meetings and site visits
- Deliver Engineering Report compliant with NYS EFC requirements
- Position Town to compete for additional state/federal funding
