• Provide administrative services and financial consultation for Affordable Care Act compliance
• Train staff on ACA notifications and requirements
• Develop strategies for complying with ACA reporting requirements
• Review collective bargaining agreements to determine ACA obligations
• Track employee eligibility and affordability of health coverage
• Prepare and submit required IRS forms
• Conduct audits of ACA compliance and filings
• Provide ongoing guidance on regulatory changes and compliance issues
• Assist with e-filing through IRS AIR system
• Print and mail required ACA forms to employees
