• Conduct aeronautical survey to assess impacts of Transfer Station construction and operation
• Coordinate with Airport Authority to secure easements for stormwater maintenance
• Develop IT infrastructure plan and coordinate with City and SWACO IT Departments
• Create furniture design specifications and layouts ensuring comfort and functionality
• Review or redesign mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for integration
