• Minimum of five years construction management experience on projects of $2,000,000 or more
• Knowledgeable of current statutes, regulations, and codes for Federally and non-Federally Funded projects
• Ability to provide experienced office and field staff for construction inspection and management
• Project Manager and Field Superintendent with minimum four years experience on similar projects

• Provide construction management and inspection services for Hunters Reserve project
• Participate in design and construction team as responsible member
• Manage project within defined schedule and approved budget
• Act in best interests of City of Evans and Colorado Department of Transportation
• Lead and manage construction process following City and CDOT guidelines
• Provide expertise in conceptual estimating, budget control, and value engineering
• Prepare and maintain project schedules
• Review contractor's schedule and monitor compliance
• Monitor construction/civil rights compliance and DBE participation
• Resolve contractor claims and disputes
