• Conduct pre-construction assessment of facility needs and site surveys
• Develop preliminary drawings into detailed building design with guaranteed maximum price
• Secure necessary permits and clearances to comply with state and federal mandates
• Select appropriate subcontractors and vendors for building materials
• Provide complete construction management services including supervision and administration
• Coordinate with construction team and submit payment requests and change orders
• Perform construction close-out, final inspection, and project certification
• Ensure all City of Forsyth requirements are met
• Design a 3,024 sq ft (minimum) building with specific interior layout
