The buyer is seeking qualified architectural and/or engineering firms for a Community Development Block Grant funded project. The project involves designing and constructing a food storage building and garage for Agape House. The work includes planning, design, bidding, and construction management services. The buildings will be a 40'x100' climate-controlled food storage addition and a 40'x60' garage for four trucks.

• Team must include necessary professionals licensed in Oregon to design and complete the project
• Demonstrate experience with public sector building construction
• Show adherence to federal grant requirements or federally funded projects of similar size and scope

• Provide final design for food storage building and garage
• Conduct construction phase services
• Perform technical assistance with planning, design, bidding, and construction management
• Design climate-controlled 40'x100' food storage addition
• Design 40'x60' garage to house four trucks
• Develop schematic design and design development
