• Previous experience with public sector agencies, specifically Public Health Department Operations
• Familiarity with Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) accreditation processes preferred

• Review PHAB performance management standards and assess operational alignment
• Evaluate customer service processes and follow-through
• Analyze program development for public health initiatives
• Map interdepartmental work assignments and processes
• Review policies and procedures for all Health Department programs
• Forecast anticipated community health needs and issues
• Review technology tools and make improvement recommendations
• Identify and compare best practices from other high-growth communities
• Make recommendations to address PHAB Accreditation deficiencies
• Develop templates for Performance Management Plan and Strategic Plan
