- Review PHAB performance management standards and assess operational alignment
- Evaluate customer service processes and follow-through
- Analyze program development for public health initiatives
- Map interdepartmental work assignments and processes
- Review policies and procedures for all Health Department programs
- Forecast anticipated community health needs and issues
- Review technology tools and make improvement recommendations
- Identify and compare best practices from other high-growth communities
- Make recommendations to address PHAB Accreditation deficiencies
- Develop templates for Performance Management Plan and Strategic Plan
