• Experience in providing professional engineering services for utility projects

• Provide professional engineering services for utility projects on an as-needed basis
• Collaborate with various City departments requiring professional engineering services
• Develop and design utility infrastructure improvements
• Conduct utility system assessments and evaluations
• Prepare engineering plans and specifications for utility projects
• Provide construction management and oversight for utility projects
• Perform hydraulic modeling and analysis of utility systems
• Develop long-term utility master plans
• Assist with regulatory compliance and permitting for utility projects
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for utility operations
