The buyer is seeking up to three qualified consultants to provide Water Transmission Mains Engineering Services citywide on an as-needed basis. The term of the agreements will be for two years. Services include water transmission main design, utility corridor studies, and construction administration and inspection. The buyer will select firms through a qualifications-based selection process.

• 3/21/2025 - Pre-submittal Meeting
• 4/4/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Design water transmission mains
• Conduct utility corridor studies
• Provide construction administration and inspection services
• Develop preliminary Maintenance of Plant Operations plans
• Coordinate with other City departments on right-of-way issues
• Identify utility conflicts and coordinate potholing
• Conduct geotechnical evaluations
• Investigate traffic control impacts
• Obtain applicable permits
• Develop ranking matrix for alignment alternatives
