Fallon Crossing, Fallon Village, and Schaefer Ranch GHADs

Buyer is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide professional management and engineering services for three Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts. The work involves GHAD management, engineering services, maintenance, and emergency response activities. Buyer will select a consultant for each of the three GHADs, which could result in one to three different consultants being chosen through the selection process.

• 4/4/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Experience in managing and providing GHAD services
• Experience providing similar services for a public agency

• Provide day-to-day general GHAD activities in accordance with applicable regulations
• Prepare engineer's reports and submit annual tax roll levy
• Retain necessary consultants to manage GHAD facilities and improvements
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency response services within 2 hours
• Attend minimum of two GHAD Board meetings yearly
• Develop and maintain accounting and bookkeeping system for District costs
• Prepare annual budget detailing anticipated income and expenditures
• Develop and implement GHAD Maintenance and Operations Plan
• Create and execute GHAD Communication Plan with emergency response protocols
• Perform geotechnical analyses and slope stability studies
