• Develop media buying strategy and planning for District venues
• Execute media buys across radio, outdoor, TV, digital, print, and specialty media
• Coordinate outdoor advertising production as needed
• Reconcile all media placements
• Provide advertising performance analytics and tracking
• Deliver mid-campaign and post-campaign reports
• Collaborate with District marketing staff and creative agencies
• Pay media vendor invoices on behalf of the District
• Submit monthly invoices to the District
• Ensure all media deadlines are met
