• 1-3 years experience in project management or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Conduct on-site and remote energy audits for commercial and residential buildings
• Analyze energy usage patterns and identify inefficiencies
• Develop customized recommendations for energy conservation measures
• Identify potential rebates, incentives, and grant opportunities
• Oversee implementation of energy efficiency measures
• Monitor and verify energy savings after project implementation
• Recruit tribal members for contractor training program
• Ensure compliance with energy efficiency regulations
• Provide training for facility staff on energy efficiency best practices
• Evaluate HVAC systems, lighting, insulation, controls, and renewable energy options
