• Hold a current, valid California Contractor's License, Class B
• Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations
• Architect and Principal Engineers must be licensed in California
• Commit to using a 'skilled and trained workforce'

• Provide full design and engineering services
• Secure approvals from agencies including DSA
• Prepare construction documents and bid packages
• Perform construction administration through project completion
• Develop Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal
• Manage construction costs and contingencies
• Coordinate equipment commissioning and testing
• Prepare record construction documents
• Close out project including DSA final close-out
• Demolish existing buildings and reconstruct school facilities
