The buyer seeks a qualified Montessori Training Program vendor to provide specialized educational and Montessori training support. The project, known as Project Prepare, aims to access Montessori Teachers Training and Training of Trainers programs. The primary goal is to increase sustainability by creating a Montessori Teacher Training Program Consortia and achieving MACTE accreditation. The initiative is designed to enhance student achievement across Montessori programs in three Louisiana parishes.

• Accredited by MACTE (Mandatory Requirement)
• Experience in Montessori teacher training and public program development
• Proven track record in educational training initiatives in public school environment
• Ability to provide in-person training at multiple locations

• Provide MACTE-accredited Montessori Teacher Training
• Conduct in-person training at three district sites
• Train 10 teachers per cohort per district
• Train 5 future trainers per district
• Implement training for Early Childhood and Elementary levels
• Establish a Montessori Teacher Training Program Consortia
• Secure MACTE accreditation for long-term sustainability
