The buyer seeks a contractor to provide quality improvement services to Texas Critical Access Hospitals. The contractor will develop focus groups, host educational events, conduct webinars, provide coaching, and implement boot camps for hospital staff. The goal is to increase quality reporting, identify improvement areas, and support educational programs for hospital quality managers and staff.

• 3/11/2025 - Pre-proposal Conference
• 3/12/2025 - Deadline for Questions
• 4/4/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Have a current Texas Identification Number issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts
• Be current in all required business filings and taxes
• At least three years experience in retail store management and operations

• Establish quality improvement focus group of 20 hospitals
• Provide in-person educational events for frontline staff
• Conduct 4 quarterly quality improvement webinars
• Provide Quality Improvement expertise and Process Improvement Coaching
• Provide 2 Quality Improvement Bootcamps
• Conduct virtual policy and procedure learning series
• Increase number of CAHs routinely reporting Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement data
• Identify areas for quality improvement and implement best practices for CAHs
• Support Quality Improvement educational programs for CAH staff and board members
