The buyer is seeking qualified engineering firms for on-call professional services contracts for various renovation projects with estimated costs under $1 million. The selected firms will provide mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural engineering services. The contract will be for an initial 4-year term with the possibility of up to 3 additional one-year extensions. The maximum contract amount is $1,000,000, but there is no guarantee of work quantity.

• Licensed in the State of Arkansas
• Current professional liability insurance coverage ($1,000,000 minimum required)
• Experience with LEED ratings systems
• Experience with colleges and universities

• Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Perform field investigations and constructability analysis
• Provide emergency services on short notice
• Support renovation projects with estimated costs under $1 million
• Conduct program review and cost estimating
• Develop schematic designs and design development
• Create construction documents
• Assist with bidding process
• Provide construction administration services
• Facilitate project closeout
