Buyer is seeking CARB-accredited consultants to provide third-party verification of greenhouse gas emissions for compliance with California regulations. The verification services will cover three facilities: the Gas Municipal Utility, the Electric Power Entity, and the Malburg Generation Station. Buyer requires thorough verification of all GHG reports with completion by August 10th annually. The selected consultant will verify emissions data in accordance with California's Mandatory GHG Reporting Regulation.

• Valid current accreditation with CARB as a verification body for MRR in sectors of transactions, process emissions, oil and gas

• Perform third-party verification of GHG emissions for three VPU facilities
• Verify compliance with CARB Mandatory Reporting Regulations
• Conduct full verification assessment of emissions data
• Review and validate Electric Utility annual GHG emissions report
• Complete verification reporting by August 10th annually
• Assess Gas Municipal Utility emissions (CARB ID 5008)
• Verify Electric Power Entity reports (CARB ID 3006)
• Validate Malburg Generation Station emissions data (CARB ID 100314)
• Ensure compliance with Title 17, CCR, Sections 95100-95163
• Maintain independence as a verification body throughout the process
