The buyer is seeking proposals for a cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) system tailored to the specific needs of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program. The system must support integrated healthcare services for elderly participants, capturing activities of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), and meet state and federal reporting requirements. It should capture and facilitate PACE participant care for all modes of care and services provided at the center and clinic. The buyer will consider separate clinic EMR and PACE operations systems if they complement each other with interoperable data feeds and integrated reporting.
