Buyer seeks qualified organizations to provide on-call architectural services for a variety of small and medium projects in Alameda. The buyer intends to issue up to five each, five-year term contracts to be used as needed. Services will include design, permitting, and construction management for maintenance and capital improvement projects. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed under these agreements.

• 4/7/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 6/17/2025 - Award of Agreement
• 7/1/2025 - Projected Agreement Start Date
• 6/30/2030 - End of Five-Year Agreement

• Provide design services for remodeling public buildings and parks
• Provide in-house personnel or subconsultants for various engineering disciplines
• Perform preliminary studies and public outreach
• Create renderings, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects
• Respond to plan check comments for building permits
• Perform construction administration including submittal reviews
• Respond to RFIs and draft change orders
• Prepare reports with observations, recommendations, and cost estimations
• Design seismic and ADA upgrades for existing buildings
