• 5/19/2025 - Preliminary Engineering Report due
• 6/1/2025 - FEMA application deadline

• Prepare final design, plans, and specifications for drainage improvements
• Secure necessary permits and clearances to comply with state and federal mandates
• Prepare bid and contract documents, including advertising and bidding procedures
• Provide post-award services, including review of specifications and warranties
• Supervise and administer construction, including periodic site visits
• Coordinate with City and CSRA Regional Commission to satisfy FEMA requirements
• Complete preliminary engineering work for FEMA-funded Drainage Improvements
• Submit completed Preliminary Engineering Report by May 19, 2025
• Provide information for FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program application
• Implement fair housing and Section 504 compliance measures
