- Conduct orientation sessions for new donors
- Provide professional orientation and training for county staff
- Manage random testing calendar and donor notification
- Operate local drug testing facilities in Hanford, Lemoore, Corcoran, and Avenal
- Implement chain of custody procedures for specimen collection and tracking
- Perform drug testing on urine, oral fluid, and hair samples
- Report test results via secure web-based system within specified timeframes
- Provide Medical Review Officer services upon request
- Deliver expert witness testimony when required
