Buyer intends to enter into sole source negotiations with the New York City Economic Development Corporation for citywide economic development services. Buyer is inviting any entity with the in-house expertise and experience in all areas of economic development on a citywide basis to express interest. Interested parties should submit their qualifications via PASSPort by April 7, 2025.
