- Minimum 5 years experience developing major tourism destination advertising campaigns
- Experience developing cooperative marketing partnerships
- Production of TV, print and digital advertising at national level
- Work with public-sector agencies and industry representatives
- Licensed access to syndicated national research for media recommendations
- Develop and execute brand advertising campaigns across multiple media channels
- Provide creative strategy, production, media planning and buying services
- Optimize campaigns using data and analytics to drive performance and ROI
- Coordinate with regional partners on cooperative advertising efforts
- Ensure campaign messaging is inclusive and engages underserved communities
- Negotiate media buys and secure in-kind advertising value
- Provide comprehensive campaign reporting and analysis
- Assist with long-term strategic planning and research
- Develop co-op advertising extensions for tourism partners
- Attend and present at tourism conferences and events
