Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide timberland appraisal services for its investment portfolio. The services include conducting full and update appraisals of timberland assets owned by buyer. Selected firms will perform appraisals in conformity with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Buyer will select multiple qualified firms who will be eligible to compete for specific timberland appraisal assignments.

• 3/28/2025 - RFQ Question Deadline
• 4/7/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 4/14/2025 - Evaluation Committee Interviews
• 5/7/2025 - Real Estate and Timber Committee Meeting
• 5/22/2025 - PRIM Board Meeting
• 6/1/2025 - Projected Commencement Date

• Must have provided timberland appraisal services in past three years
• Must have served entities similar to PRIM or Timber Investment Management Organizations
• Team members must have experience with similar clients

• Conduct full appraisals of PRIM's timberland assets
• Perform update appraisals of timberland properties
• Prepare reports following Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
• Perform competitive bidding for timberland appraisal assignments
• Evaluate timberland properties across multiple US states
• Appraise various types of forest properties
• Apply appropriate valuation methodologies for forest assets
• Conduct site visits to timber properties
• Gather and analyze market-level data for timber valuations
• Implement quality control and review procedures
