Buyer is soliciting proposals for qualified engineering firms to provide on-call engineering services. Services include design and construction of streets, sidewalks, stormwater projects, and trails. The selected firm will serve as the town engineer and represent the buyer in various engineering aspects. The initial contract duration is five years with an option for a two-year extension.

• Review development plans
• Develop pavement condition survey for town streets, sidewalks, and trails
