- Experience with wastewater facility of 50 MGD and greater
- Demonstrate local and regional knowledge
- Experience providing environmental engineering services to large MUAs
- Complete Water Quality Management Planning (WQMP) in accordance with WQMP rule
- Provide environmental compliance services including LSRP Services
- Develop Facilities Master Plan for Camden County Resource Recovery Facility
- Assist with NJ Environmental Infrastructure Bank funding requirements
- Identify and explain key environmental issues to the Authority
- Prepare and implement environmental sampling plans
- Advise on environmental compliance matters
- Develop strategic plan for environmental initiatives
