Buyer is seeking proposals for behavioral instructional services and support to special education students in the school setting. The services require a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Technicians to assist with functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, and ongoing consultation. They will help students with disabilities who need behavioral services as part of their individual education plans in accordance with IDEA requirements.

• BCBA recognized by National Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• RBTs able to perform tasks based on RBT Task List (2nd Edition)
• One year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
• Appropriate state licenses and certifications

• Provide Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) services
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
• Maintain required records for progress monitoring
• Participate in professional development as requested by the district
• Provide ongoing consultation with school staff and administrators
• Prepare evaluation reports, progress notes, and IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent meetings
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis interventions for severe problem behaviors
• Model intervention strategies to manage and modify severe behavior
• Complete Medicaid billing forms if required
