The buyer is leading a collaborative effort to conduct the Valley Transport Resiliency Advancement for Neighborhoods Sustainable Freight Movement (VTRANSFRM) Study. The study aims to assess climate change vulnerabilities and identify solutions to strengthen the resilience of transportation infrastructure in the San Joaquin Valley. The project focuses on analyzing vulnerabilities of I-5, SR-99, and key connectors, identifying infrastructure deficiencies, and prioritizing climate adaptation strategies. The study will address three key areas: vulnerability assessment, adaptation actions, and implementation acceleration.
