Buyer is seeking supplier(s) to provide a comprehensive K-12 curriculum for Physical Education. The curriculum must include digital, print, and hands-on materials aligned with Ohio Physical Education Standards. Buyer requires materials that are accessible to diverse learners and support lifelong fitness. The contract will be for five years beginning July 2026.

• 3/31/2025 - Questions Deadline
• 4/9/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 4/18/2025 - Notification of Piloting Suppliers
• 4/1/2026 - Selection of Vendor
• 7/1/2026 - Contract Effective Date

• Provide K-12 physical education curriculum with digital, print, and hands-on materials
• Develop curriculum aligned with Ohio Physical Education Standards
• Include differentiation for diverse learners with various needs
• Deliver professional development throughout the 5-year contract period
• Provide user-friendly online platform with comprehensive instructional resources
• Supply materials for core PE curriculum across all grade levels
• Include high school elective PE courses like weightlifting and yoga
• Deliver print and digital materials directly to approximately 67 schools
• Install, configure, and migrate existing student data
• Provide technical and product support during the contract term
