Buyer seeks qualified companies to provide various formats of physical media for use in a public library setting. The contract includes supplying DVDs, Blu-rays, audio books, CDs, and video games on an as-needed basis. Vendor must provide online ordering, cataloging services, and processing of materials according to library specifications. The initial contract term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options.

• OR publisher/producer/service provider in business for 3+ years
• AND engaged in library processing/cataloging services for 3+ years

• Provide online ordering system for all physical media materials
• Deliver DVDs, Blu-rays, audio books, CDs, and video games
• Supply MARC catalog records with appended holdings for Polaris ILS
• Process media with proper barcodes, RFID tags, and library-specified packaging
• Maintain at least 85% overall fill rate for all orders
• Provide selection lists and collection development products/services
• Deliver 90% of in-stock items within 15 days
• Supply web-based database functions for online order modifications
• Provide multiple staff accounts for ordering system access
• Maintain error rate not exceeding 2% semi-annually for processing
