• Expert experience in trauma-responsiveness

• Master's level minimum, PhD preferred

• Observe and make recommendations on team dynamics and functionality
• Review clinical data and assessments from evidence-based instruments
• Adapt Treatment Court Team's internal policies and procedures
• Provide trauma-responsive training customized to Treatment Court
• Reshape the physical court environment
• Review and revise contracts with treatment providers
• Examine and revise participant selection criteria
• Review and revise introductory materials for participants
• Provide monthly consultations for technical assistance and coaching
• Conduct in-person observations and consultations
