The buyer is seeking to enter into a five-year contract with multiple vendors to provide information technology temporary personnel services. The contract will be for qualified temporary IT staff on an as-needed basis. Vendors must be able to recruit, screen, place, and manage IT temporary personnel for the buyer.

• Provide qualified temporary IT staff on an as-needed basis
• Recruit, screen, and place IT temporary personnel
• Conduct background checks and screenings on candidates
• Provide training to candidates/employees prior to placement
• Prioritize Metro's requests for IT temp staff
• Fill IT temp jobs quickly when requested by Metro
• Manage risks associated with providing IT temp staffing services
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain records of temporary staff placements and hours worked
• Invoice Metro accurately for temporary staffing services provided
