Services must comply with IDEA and Mississippi state policies for children with disabilities. Buyer requires in-person services for evaluations, IEP implementation, and professional development as needed. Buyer seeks best practices in supporting students with Autism, Emotional Disabilities, and other severe behavior needs.

• Valid Mississippi licenses for contracted services
• Location in Mississippi or within 100 miles of Ocean Springs
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) available to support staff
• Pass background check and child abuse registry checks
• Liability insurance naming district as additionally insured
• Workers' Compensation Insurance if applicable

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans meeting MDE criteria
• Provide direct support services to students with disabilities
• Develop educational school-based goals for students with severe behavior deficits
• Support staff through observation and strategy development
• Consult with parents, teachers and administration regarding student progress
• Attend IEP meetings when requested to discuss student needs
• Provide teacher training on characteristics of disabilities and behavior management
• Support students with Autism and Emotional Disabilities
• Document student progress to demonstrate educational benefits
• Provide specialized training for school personnel and parents
