The buyer is seeking a consultant services retainer for IT services and support. The scope includes network support, cybersecurity monitoring, asset management, and developing a Technology Recovery Management plan. The contract is for a two-year term with two one-year options. The buyer requires services for their primary office with three physical servers and approximately sixteen users.

• Pass minimum requirements outlined in Section III of the RFP

• Provide system, infrastructure, and network administration
• Maintain and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers
• Assist with network and GIS server maintenance
• Provide web-based backup services
• Configure and maintain LAN infrastructure
• Set up network hardware and software
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity events
• Maintain cloud-based document management system
• Provide Help Desk support for IT issues
• Assist with hardware and software procurement
