• Licensed to practice in the State of New Hampshire
• Ability to provide services at physical business address or satellite locations

• Perform pre-assignment medical examinations for job applicants
• Conduct fitness for duty evaluations for current employees
• Provide TB screening and Mantoux skin tests
• Administer audiological screenings for officer applicants
• Perform electrocardiograms per clinical standards
• Document findings on NHDOC-provided forms with detailed comments
• Schedule appointments within seven calendar days of request
• Offer evening and weekend appointment availability
• Provide Hepatitis B vaccine series for correctional officers
• Evaluate employee capacity to use specialized equipment like respirators
