The buyer is soliciting proposals for a contractor to design and deliver professional learning to building principals of ND CLIMBS grantee schools through a Literacy Leadership Improvement Network. The work will focus on building principals' capacity to lead effective, systemic approaches to literacy instruction. The professional learning network will guide the development and implementation of effective local literacy plans aligned with evidence-based practices. The project aims to improve literacy instruction and systems at the building level.

  • Guide development and implementation of effective local literacy plans
  • Collaborate with NDDPI ND CLIMBS administrative team on network design and delivery
  • Develop leadership confidence survey and utilize results to inform network support
  • Organize and facilitate collaborative events for observation and network learning
  • Track and report participant engagement in virtual, in-person and asynchronous events
  • Determine baseline and comprehensive indicators for literacy leaders' knowledge
  • Provide differentiated content for elementary and secondary leaders
  • Identify or develop tools to assess building leader knowledge and skills growth
  • Provide quarterly and annual project progress reports
