Buyer seeks a qualified consultant to provide financial investment consulting services for its 457(b) Deferred Compensation and Health Savings Account investment plans. The consultant will act as an independent reviewer of plan recordkeeping, administration, and investments. Services include evaluating investment performance, advising on best practices, assisting with procurement of administrators, and providing ongoing guidance on plan governance and participant education.

• Registered as investment consultant under federal or state law
• Acknowledge fiduciary discretional advising role
• Fee-based only compensation with no commissions
• No affiliations constituting conflicts of interest
• Minimum 5 years experience with public sector defined contribution plans
• Experience with non-ERISA government retirement plans
• Experience evaluating 457(b) plans with at least $150M in assets
• Registered with SEC or Florida Securities Division
• Adhere to CFA Institute Code of Ethics

• Review plan provider's recordkeeping, administration, fees, and revenue sharing reimbursement
• Review investment lineup and provide performance reporting
• Assist in establishing internal advisory panel and investment policy statement
• Create and maintain plan investment policies
• Assist in selection and oversight of third-party service providers
• Advise on vendor performance and costs
• Provide regulatory updates and implementation assistance
• Provide participant education and communication strategy support
• Participate in financial investment discussions and meetings
