Buyer is seeking proposals for Employee Benefits Consulting Services. The consultant will manage various benefit programs including self-insured medical, fully-insured dental and vision, life insurance, disability, and other employee benefits. Services include compliance with regulations, strategic planning, plan reviews, RFP assistance, implementation support, and daily advisory services. The initial term is for one year with renewal options for up to four years total.

• Provide compliance guidance on local, state, and federal health benefit regulations
• Conduct ACA requirement assistance and annual compliance reviews
• Develop strategic planning for health and wellness benefits
• Perform benchmarking of plan design and costs
• Analyze claims utilization, trends, costs, and recommend cost containment strategies
• Assist with RFP creation, evaluation, and implementation for benefit providers
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts and agreements
• Establish self-funded plan rates and track stop loss claims
• Provide daily support to CNM Benefits Team
• Recommend innovative health benefit programs and cost management strategies
